Staging: Before & After Photos
I take what you already have and make it so that it appeals to more buyers. I will remove things, re-arrange, or whatever it takes to get your home
ready to sale.
I was at working on some areas today to show how you can add staging to small areas or rooms without making over the entire home. Also with just a few key things.
I added a couple throw pillows in contrasting color with cool patterns and a splash of bold yellow for drama. Couple books on sailing, a bambo lamp and your ready for a small space or patio.
This very small area is centered around my one treasure, the 1950's floor lamp. It fits into a Retro or Contemporary style. I love all the different textures, fur, metal, & shiny.
This is a antique corner cabinet a friend is selling and I like to "stage" it every couple of months to give people ideas of how they can use it. Some people may think that it should be put into a kitchen but I wanted to show how it could be really cute in a bathroom.
This is a room I did for a friend using all her things.

I had a table runner I cut in half to put on the top of the
chairs to downplay the busy pattern on the chairs.

Small kitchen looks larger decluttered.
After:
Actual Dinning room had things everywhere,
artificial flower arrangements etc. displayed on
the walls were removed. All personal family photos
as well and packed away.
After:
This room is bright yellow and has green furniture and so I
flipped the bed comforter over to the plain white side and opened the floral curtains so that the white sheers were showing. Removed all artificial yellow & green flowers, pictures etc.
